Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of placement (excluding Sundays and holidays)
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed
- A shipping confirmation with tracking details will be sent once the order is dispatched
- Orders placed after 2 PM IST may be processed the next business day

Delivery Instructions
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package
- Our delivery partner may attempt delivery up to 3 times
- After failed attempts, the package will be returned to us
- You can provide alternate contact numbers or delivery instructions in the order notes
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for orders within India:
- Additional COD charges of ₹49 apply
- COD may not be available for certain PIN codes
- Maximum order value for COD: ₹10,000
- Please keep the exact change ready for delivery
Non-Deliverable Areas
Delivery may not be available to certain remote areas. If your PIN code is non-serviceable, we will notify you and offer a full refund or alternative shipping arrangements.
Damaged Shipments
If you receive a damaged package:
- Take photos/videos of the damaged package before opening
- Document any damage to the product inside
- Contact us within 48 hours with the evidence
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund
