Shipping Charges

Delivery Time

* Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times may vary during sale periods or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of placement (excluding Sundays and holidays)
• You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed
• A shipping confirmation with tracking details will be sent once the order is dispatched
• Orders placed after 2 PM IST may be processed the next business day

• Blue Dart
• DTDC
• India Post (for remote areas)

Order Tracking

Track your order easily:

• Use the tracking link sent to your email/SMS
• Visit the courier partner's website with your tracking number
• Contact us with your order number for assistance

Delivery Instructions

• Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package
• Our delivery partner may attempt delivery up to 3 times
• After failed attempts, the package will be returned to us
• You can provide alternate contact numbers or delivery instructions in the order notes

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for orders within India:

• Additional COD charges of ₹49 apply
• COD may not be available for certain PIN codes
• Maximum order value for COD: ₹10,000
• Please keep the exact change ready for delivery

Non-Deliverable Areas

Delivery may not be available to certain remote areas. If your PIN code is non-serviceable, we will notify you and offer a full refund or alternative shipping arrangements.

Damaged Shipments

If you receive a damaged package:

• Take photos/videos of the damaged package before opening
• Document any damage to the product inside
• Contact us within 48 hours with the evidence
• We will arrange a free replacement or full refund

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping will be available soon. Please sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we expand our shipping destinations.
