Return Window
7 Days Easy Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In its original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original invoice or order confirmation
- Free from any damage, stains, or alterations
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products with personalization or custom engraving
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email us at returns@versowallet.in or call +91 98765 43210 with your order number and reason for return.
- Get Approval: Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 24 hours.
- Ship the Product: Pack the item securely and ship it to our return address. You can also opt for our pickup service in select cities.
- Inspection: Once received, we'll inspect the product within 2-3 business days.
- Refund Processing: Upon approval, your refund will be initiated within 5-7 business days.
Refund Methods
Online Payments
Refunded to original payment method within 5-7 business days
Cash on Delivery
Refunded via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) within 7-10 business days
Shipping Costs
- Defective/Wrong Product: We cover all return shipping costs
- Change of Mind: Customer bears the return shipping costs (₹100 will be deducted from refund)
- Free Shipping Orders: Original shipping cost may be deducted if the order no longer qualifies for free shipping after return
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for different colors or products of equal or greater value. For exchanges:
- Follow the same return process and mention "Exchange" in your request
- If the new product costs more, you'll need to pay the difference
- If the new product costs less, the difference will be refunded
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share photos of the damage/defect
- We'll arrange free pickup and send a replacement immediately
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order before it is shipped:
- Before Shipment: Full refund will be processed
- After Shipment: Please refuse delivery or follow the return process
